I really wanted these buttons to work, but the recording quality is just bad. My voice comes out super muffled and quiet, and it sounds awful. I’ve had to keep explaining myself over and over because the audio isn’t clear, which gets frustrating fast. For me, it’s not worth the money

I asked in the community twice because I figured maybe my first post got buried or I just explained it poorly, but I never really got a proper response. The mods only sent me some old links, which didn’t help much. Maybe I missed something obvious, but it still felt like I was being brushed off

My dog and I have had a lot of fun with this, and it has helped us feel a bit more connected. I was kind of expecting a faster response from him once we got started, but setup took some patience and he still ignores the buttons about half the time. Still, it’s been a cute experience overall...

To be fair, every pet is different, so this might be a hit for someone else’s. In my case, though, my pet barely engaged with it and mostly just ignored it after a few tries.

I really wanted FluentPet to work for us, but the setup ended up being more awkward than I expected. The tiles took up a decent amount of floor space, and in my small place, every little bit counts. Once my dog started getting used to where things were, moving the tiles around felt like it would just confuse him and undo our progress.
Maybe this kind of system is better if you have a big open room or a dedicated training area. Based on my experience, I’d say it’s probably not the easiest fit for smaller homes or apartments. I just wish it were more flexible to rearrange without feeling like you’re starting over.

I probably should’ve guessed the return was going to be annoying as soon as I saw the info wasn’t super clear. I ordered from fluent and ended up needing to send it back, but getting a straight answer took way longer than it should have. I sent the item back the way they told me to, and then just kind of assumed the refund would show up after that… but nope. Support took a while to reply and didn’t help much. The product might be great for other people, but after this refund mess, I don’t see myself ordering again.

I bought this expecting a complete kit, but nope, it showed up missing parts. Kind of ridiculous to call it a kit when you can’t even use it properly out of the box. Disappointing and a waste of time...

I’m completely sure this was not worth the money at all. I kept hoping it would somehow feel like a better purchase, but nope, not even close. I’d definitely skip it.

The buttons seem safe overall, and my dog hasn’t hurt himself or anything. I’m probably just being overly cautious, but I don’t love that there are small parts, and the foam mat has already gotten chewed on a bit. Maybe it’s partly my fault for having a dog who wants to nibble everything, but I only let him use it when I’m nearby. It’s okay, just not something I feel totally worry-free about.

I got the buttons, and they’re okay, but the training materials were a huge letdown. The videos felt all over the place and somehow skipped over the most basic stuff I actually needed help with. I kept having to guess what I was supposed to do next, and of course my dog ended up confused because the instructions were so unclear. For the price, this is on them, they should have provided way better guidance

I was excited to try this, but the shipping was so slow. It took way longer then I thought it would, and the updates didnt really tell me much. By the time it finally showed up I was already kinda annoyed. not the best first experience.

I was kind of hoping these would be clearer, but the sound is disappointing. Some of the words come out muffled or a little scratchy, and a few are hard to make out unless you’re standing really close. My dog has no problem pressing the buttons, so that part works fine, but half the time I’m still guessing what was actually said. I’m sure they might work for some people, but for me, they just weren’t really worth it.

I reached out to support hoping they could help, but actually, it didn’t really get me anywhere. The responses weren’t very useful, and I still had to figure things out on my own.

I really wanted to like fluent.pet, but the labeling part got on my nerves. The stickers don’t feel super clear, and some of the word choices were kind of odd for how we actually talk at home. I kept redoing labels because they just didn’t fit, and something about it all made the setup feel way more frustrating than I expected. For the price, I thought it would be simpler. My dog was confused, I was confused, and it ended up feeling like extra work.

I was disappointed when this arrived. The packaging was awful, and right away it made me feel like the product hadn’t been handled with much care. On top of that, the buttons were loose, which just made the whole thing feel cheap and unreliable. I really wanted to like it, but the first impression wasn’t good.

The buttons keep showing as offline, and I end up spending more time trying to reconnect everything than actually using it. It’s kind of like when your Wi-Fi acts up right when you’re trying to watch something, which somehow always happens at the worst time. Anyway, the idea is good, but the connection issues are frustrating.

I’ve been trying this for weeks and, you know, it’s totally fine... except he still just sits there and stares like nothing is happening. Not exactly the result I was hoping for, but sure, I’m calm about it.
